Pixie Medallion QAL, Half-Square Triangles

October is flying by and we are ready to sew the half-square triangle borders for our Pixie Medallion star. Feathered star is one of my favorite classic quilt designs, but the traditional block can be tricky to sew, with set-in (Y) seams and partial seams. The Pixie Medallion is so much simpler! Just straight sewing, so here we go. I know that some people like to do half-square triangles different ways.
