This is the original quilt I made for my “treasure map” pattern at the first of this year. It is made with fabrics from “Mod Century” fabric designed by Jenn Ski for Moda.
I am very proud and flattered that Jenn Ski herself has purchased this quilt for her collection! wow.
Cleo and I took it to the park today for a photo shoot before we mail it off tomorrow.
One of my favorite parts of this quilt is the quilting…sashiko style in black thread in criss-cross pattern around the “x” shapes.

It feels a bit strange to let it go. But I am pleased with my first quilt sale. Visit my pattern shop for other patterns designed by me.
Sweet Good-Bye!

That is a nice compliment, Sharon, that the fabric designer bought your quilt as a keepsake! Hopefully it will lessen the pain of letting it go. 😉 Great job!
I think this is my favourite of your quilts!
Congrats on the sale. It is truly one of my favorite quilts that you have designed. Hugs
Congratulations that’s wonderful!
Oh my gosh I love this so much! I added it to my Craftsy wishlist so I can make one when I’m finally through these commissions I’m slogging through :).
